These bundles contain 5 x 20g skeins of A&Ps much loved 2 ply, fingering weight non mulesed merino and nylon blend. Perfect for beautifully soft and durable socks, hats and other accessories.  This plump little yarn gives great stitch definition and takes up the colour brilliantly.  

Strawberry Thief and Pink & Rose, specifically, were inspired buy two of William Morris most famous artwork. Strawberry Thief dates from 1883 and is inspired by birds stealing strawberries from the garden. The sample shown in this colour way is a topsy-turvy hand warmer. Pink & Rose is inspired by the Pink & Rose wallpaper designed by William Morris in 1890. The sample sock in Pink & Rose are the Patchwork Quilt Socks by Knitail using Milk & Honey Classic sock as the main colour.

Ainsworth & Prin yarn is hand dyed in small batches.  They try to achieve consistent colours but each skein is unique so when using more than one skein of a colour in a project they really recommend alternating skeins every couple of rows.
